I liked this guy when I first got him in Pokémon Ruby. Then I realized that he didn’t evolve and he went straight to the PC. Even thought I did enjoy that he changed his form in different weather situations.
It isn’t changing though. Must be broken.
Everything you see on Castform is duct tape.
