I originally planned on releasing this during 2014 when I was making 1 duct tape Pokemon a month. I gave up on this one for a couple of reasons. Mostly because I was moving at the time and I didn’t want to half-ass it. But here it is 100% full-assed… Err.. I mean complete. Although I do feel like I botched the ears a bit. I can never get them even…
The other reason I never finished this Pokémon sooner was because I didn’t have many pastel blues. I didn’t want to pay $10 per 8 yard roll on Ebay either. Luckily Duck finally re-released the pastel blue color.
